PAUL, MN - June 22, 2005
In an annual effort to create a cause marketing campaign to reach youth, Campus Media Group (CMG) has begun accepting applications from organizations seeking to reach college students this fall.
Each year, CMG chooses one organization that has a message it needs to share with the 18- to 24-year-old demographic. CMG will work to have ads placed in some of the nation’s top college and university newspapers free of charge for a period of one academic school year.
Because of the strong relationships CMG has built with student publications over the years placing ads for national brands and agencies, they are able to garner excellent placement rates. This past school year, CMG worked with American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) to inform students about the growing HIV rate among college-age women. An awareness ad was distributed to 170 publications in the nation’s top markets.
